This is our basic cleaning checklist for vacation/short term rental homes. If you have specific needs, we can customize a checklist for each property to meet the expectations of the host and incoming guests to enjoy their stay in a clean and safe environment.

General Cleaning:

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces including furniture, countertops, tables, and shelves.Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Sweep and mop hard floors

• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces

• Dust and wipe down baseboards and window sills

• Dust and wipe down light fixtures

• Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings

Kitchen:

• Clean and sanitize countertops

• Clean the exterior of appliances including refrigerator, oven, microwave

• Clean and disinfect the sink and faucet

• Wipe down cabinet exteriors

• Empty and clean trash bins

• Clean inside the microwave or fridge

• Clean stove burners and range hood

Bathroom:

• Clean and disinfect the toilet, including the bowl, seat, lid, and exterior

• Clean and sanitize the sink, faucet, and countertop

• Clean and disinfect the shower, bathtub, and tiles

• Clean and shine mirrors and glass surfaces

• Replace towels and refill toiletries upon request

• Empty and clean trash bins

Bedrooms:

• Change and make beds with fresh linens

• Dust and wipe down furniture surfaces

• Vacuum carpets or sweep floors

• Clean and dust bedside tables and lamps

• Replace towels if provided

Living Areas:

• Dust and wipe down furniture surfaces

• Clean and organize entertainment areas including TV, gaming consoles, and remote controls

• Fluff pillows and arrange throw blankets.

We customize a checklist for each property to meet the expectations of the project manager or owner. Interior focused scope, but exterior and trash haul-off services can be arranged based on project’s needs.
